Domestic Shipping
All orders placed on this site are postage paid. We ship via United States Postal Service because well.. they are the cheapest and most reliable within the continental United States. Delivery can take up to two weeks depending on where you are located. If more than two weeks have passed then please contact us.
Payment / Privacy / Currency
1. We exclusively use Paypal for all transactions because they provide the safest, easiest way of transactions with a 128k encryption. While they do take a small percentage of all transactions, we do not include that % in our prices.
2. How can you know your information is safe? While we do not run this part of the encrypted, PayPal uses 128k bit encryption on their transaction pages. You probably do not see the secure lock on the bottom right hand corner and that is because it is not necessary as non of your information is collected anywhere on these pages. After selecting your product, it is put into PayPal's site where your information is safe and well protected. What little information is shown on our end is kept for our records and what little information we recieve is kept private within out business and will never be sold to a third party because we hate solicitors as well.
3. All orders are processed with United States Dollars (USD). We do not accept rubels, rocks, pesos or fruit snacks, sorry.
Returns
We only accept returns on clothing if something is wrong with the print or shirt itself when you received it. All returns must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition. If you have a problem with a bicycle part, please email us before sending anything.
Damaged Goods
If something shows up damaged please leave the package as is and email us immediately so the proper steps can be taken and you can be taken care of.
